Chicken Parmesan


This 518 favorite is now served with a second side of hearty Italian green beans!

This classic dish can often be weighed down with a carb-heavy breading. Our low-carb version starts with an antibiotic-free, juicy, chicken breast, and is coated in a rich mixture of Grain-Free Bread Crumbs and Parmesan. Oven roasted until crispy, it's covered with a classic San Marzano tomato sauce. We serve it with a hearty side of rich and cheesy creamed spinach and Italian green beans.

Heating Instructions

Oven Instructions (Preferred Method)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place tray on sheet tray or oven-safe dish. Remove film and discard. Place sheet tray in center of oven and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through. Remove from oven and let stand 1-2 minutes before enjoying.

Microwave Instructions-1100 Watts

Remove tray from carton. Cook on high for 5-6 minutes. Let stand 1-2 minutes. Remove film, stir, and enjoy!

Note: Microwaves vary, always cook to an internal temperature of 165°
