518 Kitchen is the brainchild of three professionally trained chefs– John, Scott and Zach– who are committed to freshness and quality. Day in and day out, they chase the precise balance of carbs, fats and proteins of a keto lifestyle, tweaking recipes…dreaming up new ones…and perfecting the challenging flash-freezing process.
