Getting Started & General Information
No we do not have an app. However, you can shop our store through the Shop App! Easy shopping experiences and order tracking is available through Shop.
If you have previously made an account, you can sign in up in the right hand corner of the website on desktop or on the left hand menu on mobile. Once logged in you'll be able to view past oders.
Trouble logging in? Reset your password or email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
We don't require an account to make a purchase, so you may have previously checked out as a guest. If you've tried logging in receive an error message, email email@example.com and we'll send you a link to activate your account or reset your password.
Orders may be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placement, prior to shipping. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or respond directly to your order confirmation email for any changes or cancellations.
Our meals are prepared fresh and flash-frozen at the point of perfection. Meals are shipped and delivered frozen as well.
Nutrition & Ingredients
All meals are made with Gluten-Free ingredients and every batch is tested by our Quality Assurance team to ensure it remains GF.
We only use premium quality meats and proteins in our meals. That means all of our beef is 100% grass-fed and finished, pork is pasture-raised, chicken is antibiotic-free, eggs are cage-free, and seafood is responsibly sourced or wild caught.
Calories and Macros are dependent on each meal!

Yes, meals are prepared to satisfy one person. Our side dishes, snacks, and desserts are great for sharing though!
Meals arrive frozen and can be heated from frozen or thawed in the microwave. Follow directions on the item's outer packaging and refer to item's product page for best results and follow recommended heating instructions.

Yes, most of our meals can be heated in the oven. For best results, refer to the specific item's packaging or product page on our website for best results.
Note: We do not recommend heating any products in a toaster oven.
Meals come flash frozen and individually packaged in sealed plastic trays. These trays arrive in cardboard sleeves with nutrition, macro, and heating information. Your meals will arrive in cardboard cooler with an insulated liner and packed with Dry Ice. This will keep it packed cold the same way it leaves our upstate New York location!
Our plastic trays are BPA free and the plastic film is microwave and oven-safe.
The top film can be thrown away while the plastic tray, cardboard sleeve, cooler liner, and cardboard cooler can all be recycled.
Yes, our minimum order is $75.
Meals are priced individually.
Snacks and desserts range from $7.49-10.49
Breakfast items range from $7.99-10.49
Lunch & Dinner Entrees range from $11.49-15.99.
Shipping & Delivery
Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your order.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. FedEx Overnight orders will arrive the next day. FedEx Ground orders will arrive within 3 days. We ship Monday-Thursday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12PM Wednesday may ship the following Monday.
Shipping delays have risen with the enormous stress currently on services like FedEx.
We appreciate your patience and understanding with FedEx and their drivers, and that we cannot interfere with delivery once orders leave our facility.
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
As of February 28th 2023, shipping will be calculated based on zip code at check out.
Shipments to AK & HI incur a $50 shipping fee as they are all shipped Next Day Air.

After your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us. In that email, you can find tracking and shipping information with your FedEx tracking number. You can also subscribe to SMS updates through this tracking email!
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Please first check around your property! FedEx drivers may leave packages on porches, carports, garages, driveways, or side doors.
If you are still unable to locate the package, please contact your local FedEx location immediately with your tracking number to obtain delivery confirmation or additional information.
Please note that 518 Kitchen cannot contact or communicate with FedEx for you.
No! We do not require a signature to release packages.
We also ship meals in insulated boxed with Dry Ice so they will keep meals cold for an extended period of time. Do keep in mind that Dry Ice evaporates naturally and there may be little to none by the time they arrive. Remaining Dry Ice will evaporate on it's own when the box is opened (leave it in a well ventilated area) and transfer meals to your freezer immediately.
It is normal for Dry Ice to evaporate during transit and be smaller in size by the time the order arrives. Our insulated liners keep contents cool while the dry ice evaporates. Partially defrosted meals are safe to store in the freezer and eat. If meals arrive warmer than 40 degrees Fahrenheit, please contact our Customer Service team.
Meals should be stored in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
They can be defrosted in the fridge overnight prior to heating, if preferred. Do not keep meals defrosted in the fridge for longer than 5 days.
Meals can be stored in the freezer up until their best by date printed on the outer packaging (which is 12 months!).
