Shipping Policy

Standard Ground Delivery:

Shipping will be calculated based on zip code at check out.
We do have an option based on state, that allows the customer to select ground shipping and that would be 1-2 days and is only available to the following states.
NY, VT, MA, CT, and NJ
All other shipments will be fedex overnight

Orders placed after Wednesday will ship the following week
Orders will ship within 5 business days from date of order, we reserve the right to ship early.

Next Day Delivery: 

  • Before Monday - Thursday EST: Orders will arrive by 8pm the following day
  • Additional Shipping Charge will apply ($59.99)


  • We are unable to guarantee time of day for delivery
  • We do not require a signature for release
  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APOs or FPOs

Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, including overnight.

When Your Receive Your Order:
1: Check your cooler for Dry Ice: Dry ice evaporates during shipping. If there is none left and your order is cold, your meals are perfectly fine. If there is any dry ice remaining, leave it in the cooler and it will evaporate naturally or handle it with care, wearing gloves.
2: Confirm your order is correct: Check that the items in your cooler match the items listed on your packing slip. If there is an issue with your delivery, please call our Customer Support team at 1-518-324-4464 between 8am and 4pm EST, Monday-Friday, within 24 hours of receiving. Please do not dispose of any items, even perishable ones until you have spoken with Customer Support.
3: Transfer to freezer: All items should be stored in your freezer until you are ready to enjoy them, up to 6 months.
