Introducing our latest keto meal! We gave this Southern Staple a low-carb spin. Tail-on shrimp are basted with lemon, herbs, and olive oil before being sprinkled with smoked paprika and grilled. We pair them with a rich and creamy puree of cauliflower and Asiago cheese "Grits." It's served alongside a colorful helping of grilled mixed veggies: eggplant, zucchini, and peppers.

Remove tray from carton. Cook on high for 4-5 minutes. Let stand 1-2 minutes. Remove film, stir, and enjoy!
Note: Microwaves vary, always cook to an internal temperature of 165°
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place tray on sheet tray or oven-safe dish. Remove film and discard. Place sheet tray in center of oven and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through. Remove from oven and let stand 1 -2 minutes before enjoying.
