Our Keto interpretation of the classic Shepherd's Pie gives you the satisfaction of comfort food without the starchy potato carbs. We use 100% grass-fed New Zealand ground lamb for this dish. The lamb is braised with onions, garlic, peas, and tomatoes for a juicy, savory, curried filling. It's finished with a topping of creamy and low-carb cauliflower mash, that's baked until golden.

Microwave Instructions- 1100 Watts (Preferred Method)
Remove tray from carton. Cook on high for 5-6 minutes. Let stand 1-2 minutes. Remove film, stir, and enjoy!
Note: Microwaves vary, always cook to an internal temperature of 165°
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place tray on sheet tray or oven-safe dish. Remove film and discard. Place sheet tray in center of oven and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through. Remove from oven and let stand 1-2 minutes before enjoying.
