A dish with classic flavors, this fresh caught salmon is seasoned simply and grilled to flaky perfection. It's served with a rich and silky lemon butter sauce, that highlights this keto dish. We pair it with a generous side of fresh grilled asparagus and mixed vegetables.


Atlantic Salmon, Asparagus, Mixed Vegetables (Grilled Eggplants, Grilled Zucchini, Grilled Red  and Yellow Peppers), Heavy Cream, Cream Cheese (Pasteurized Milk and Cream, Salt, Carob Bean Gum, Cheese Culture), Olive Oil, Red Peppers, White Wine, Butter (Cream, Natural Flavoring), Sea Salt, Shallots, Avocado Oil, Parsley,  Lemon Juice, Black Pepper.

Heating Instructions

Microwave Instructions-1100 Watts (Preferred Method)

Remove tray from carton. Cook on high for 4-5 minutes. Let stand 1-2 minutes. Remove film, stir, and enjoy!

Note: Microwaves vary, always cook to an internal temperature of 165°

Oven Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place tray on sheet tray or oven-safe dish.  Remove film and discard. Place sheet tray in center of oven and cook for 20-25 minutes. Stirring halfway through. Remove from oven and let stand 1 -2 minutes before enjoying.
