Our keto interpretation of a Philly classic! We thinly slice our seasoned, grass-fed steak before searing it. We then smother it with a rich melted Provolone cheese sauce. Served over a mix of sauteed peppers and onions, this dish has the flavors of a classic Philly Cheesesteak, without the carbs! Now served with a side of celeriac fries.

Microwave Instructions-1100 Watts (Preferred Method)
Remove tray from carton. Cook on high for 5-6 minutes. Let stand 1-2 minutes. Remove film, stir, and enjoy!
Note: Microwaves vary, always cook to an internal temperature of 165°
Oven Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place tray on sheet tray or oven-safe dish. Remove film and discard. Place sheet tray in center of oven and cook for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through. Remove from oven and let stand 1-2 minutes before enjoying.
