Refunds 
Our policy for refunds is 7 business days (M-F) within the delivery of your purchase. If 7 business days have passed since the delivery of your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund, replacement, or gift card. 

To be eligible for a refund or replacement (518 Kitchen product(s) of equal value or gift card), you must contact our Customer Support team within 7 business days of receiving your order. You can reach our team at info@518kitchen.com or call at 518-324-4464 (8am-4pm Monday-Friday EST) with your order number ready.

The following reasons are not covered under our refund policy:

  • Orders that are refused when the delivery attempts are made
  • Orders that are redirected by customer
  • Orders with incomplete or invalid addresses
  • Orders that are sent to recipients not available to accept packages in a timely manner on the day that it arrives
  • Inability to retrieve your order on the guaranteed delivery date, resulting in defrosted items or damage

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns

We do not accept returns of any food items, as they are perishable goods. We do not accept exchanges, however your order may be eligible for replacement if it meets our 7 business day refund policy.

In lieu of returns and exchanges we are happy to offer store credit in the form of a gift card, replacement meals (to the same value), or a refund (if it meets our 7 business day policy)- whichever you prefer

To complete your return for credit or replacement, we require proof of purchase or order number. Please contact our Customer Support team at info@518kitchen.com and we will make things right to resolve the issue!
Please do not send your purchase back to the 518 Kitchen. 

Replacements (if applicable) 
If items are received in a defective or damaged state we will offer a replacement of the same or different item, or issue you a gift card for the same value. Please send us an email at info@518kitchen.com with your order number if your order arrives damaged.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your gift. Our Customer Support team will issue you a gift card which you will receive via email. If you do not wish to receive a gift card, we will issue a refund to the gift giver. Please contact our Customer Support team for more information on this. 

518 Kitchen reserves the right to alter this refund policy and to limit refunds and replacements. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are provided; which are confirmed on the order acknowledgement.
