Featuring tender, antibiotic-free chicken that's simmered in a creamy tomato sauce, it's made with traditional tandoori spices like Garam Masala. We serve it over a bed of cilantro and herb cauliflower rice for an irresistible low carb meal.

Chicken, Heavy Cream, Onions, Riced Cauliflower, Tomato Paste, Cilantro, Garlic, Sea Salt, Avocado Oil, Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Ginger, Smoked Paprika, Chicken Base (Chicken Stock, Salt, Natural Flavor), Olive Oil, Garam Masala (Spices, Turmeric), Black Pepper, Ground Nutmeg, Cayenne Pepper.

Microwave Instructions-1100 Watts (Preferred Method)
Remove tray from carton. Cook on high for 5-6 minutes. Let stand 1-2 minutes. Remove film, stir, and enjoy!
Oven Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place tray on sheet tray or oven-safe dish. Remove film and discard. Place sheet tray in center of oven and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through. Remove from oven and let stand 1-2 minutes before enjoying.
Note: Microwaves vary, always cook to an internal temperature of 165°
